In celebration of World Environment Day (June 5th), a special community event titled "Tree Plantation Drive and Wall Painting" is set to take place on Friday, June 6, 2025, at Lakshmi Nagar Playground, Nanganallur, starting around 10:30AM. Organized in collaboration with Urbaser Sumeet, the initiative brings together students, residents, and volunteers with a shared goal — to make Nanganallur greener, cleaner, and more vibrant.

Students Add Color to the Cause

In the run-up to the event, students from AM Jain College and AJS Nidhi Higher Secondary School have already begun beautifying the park with meaningful wall art focused on environmental themes. From painted trees and Earth illustrations to messages on sustainability, their work has drawn praise from passersby and residents alike.
