Special Meditation Session in Nanganallur to Welcome 2026 with Inner Calm
Sunday, December 28, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, at the Rajayoga Meditation Centre, Teachers Colony, Nanganallur.

Ahead of the upcoming meditation session in Nanganallur, the Nanganallur Connect team personally visited the Rajayoga Meditation Centre and interacted with members of Brahma Kumaris (Bk. Sivaramakrishnan - Practicing Rajayoga meditation from past 26 years. Bk. Shanmugathai – Practicing Rajayoga meditation from past 25 years. Bk. Mehek – practicing Rajayoga meditation from past 10 years), to understand the thought behind the programme.
During the interaction, the organisers shared that Brahma Kumaris’ meditation practice focuses on realising one’s true self, nurturing inner peace, and maintaining harmony within, especially as people prepare to step into a new year. They explained that meditation, in their approach, helps individuals gain clarity of thought and emotional balance rather than merely offering momentary relaxation.
The session, titled “Let’s Meditate for a Positive 2026,” is scheduled to be held on Sunday, December 28, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, at the Rajayoga Meditation Centre, Teachers Colony, Nanganallur. The programme will include guided meditation, affirmations, positive self-reflection, and practices focused on letting go of mental burdens before entering the new year.
The organisers shared that the session is open to anyone interested in beginning 2026 with a calm, centred, and positive mindset.
