Rotary Clubs from Nanganallur join hands at Rotary Olympiad 2025

The Rotary Olympiad 2025, organised by Rotary International District 3234, was successfully held today (27th July 2025) at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai. The grand event was inaugurated in the morning and graced by Chief Guest Lieutenant General Karanbir Singh Brar PVSM, AVSM, GoC-in-C Dakshin Bharat Area of the Indian Army.

Representing Nanganallur, members from two Rotary clubs were present:

• Rotary Club of Nanganallur Vikas, whose members had the privilege of sharing the dais with the distinguished guest.

• Rotary Club of Nanganallur Elite, whose President and members participated and proudly supported the event as Lead Club Sponsors.

The Olympiad saw an enthusiastic participation of around 1500 students, filling the stadium with energy, sportsmanship, and the spirit of youth. It highlighted the commitment of the Rotary community to encourage young talent and promote fellowship beyond local boundaries.

By coming together for this district-level event, both clubs once again reflected the active and united spirit of Nanganallur Rotary clubs in serving and inspiring the community.
