The Hindu Colony Bus Stand in Nanganallur was officially reopened today after a complete renovation, bringing a fresh look and improved facilities for daily commuters. The inaugural event was graced by Hon’ble Minister Mr. T.M. Anbarasan, joined by Zone 12 Chairman Mr. N. Chandran, Ward 167 Councillor Mrs. Durga Devi Natarajan, and Ward Secretary Mr. J. Natarajan.

The upgraded bus stand features new entry gates, freshly painted structures, updated passenger sheds, comfortable seating arrangements and new toilets. Drainage outlets have also been added to ensure that rainwater collected on the roof is safely redirected - a move that ensures better usability during the monsoon season (Photos and Video below).
