Anjaneyar Temple's Divine December

The annual Shri Hanumantha Jayanthi Brahmotsavam has begun at the 32-feet Sri Anjaneyar Temple, Nanganallur, filling the neighborhood with a spiritual atmosphere. From 11th to 21st December 2025, the temple will host daily special alankarams, homams, and sacred rituals honoring Sri Anjaneyar.

The Brahmotsavam will feature a series of special poojas, alangarams and processions, conducted every day as per the traditional temple rituals. Devotees can participate in the event and receive the blessings of Sri Anjaneyar throughout the festival period. Adding a cultural layer to this auspicious period, the adjacent Rama Mandiram Hall is hosting the annual Margazhi Music Festival organized by Sri Phavaman Annadhanam Trust from 10 December to 21 December 2025. The festival will feature vocal, instrumental and Bharatanatyam performances by many renowned and young Carnatic talents — including Priya Sisters, Sri Gurucharan, Sri.
